Union Members Protesting at Ramapo!

So here are pictures of the union member construction workers at the entrance at Ramapo College. They are out there because apparently Century 21 Construction has hired non-union workers because of their low wages. I don't really know much on this subject but it does seem like the college isn't making a wise decision- they're using people who will sell their skill for lower rages and possibly are not as professional as those rallying outside; hiring them is a money-saving tactic but when making a BUILDING shouldn't we want skilled workers?
